Recognition Architectureby EOR CoachingDiscuss a workshop

A practical workshop for owners and leadership teams.

You ask for accountability and teamwork. But what do your leadership decisions reward?

Does any of this sound familiar?

  • Teamwork matters, but individual output gets rewarded.
  • Accountability is expected, but missed commitments continue.
  • Valuable mentoring happens quietly and goes unnoticed.

Examine the gap between what your organization says matters and what leaders recognize, reward, promote, ignore, and tolerate.
